From Residency to Fellowship and Beyond: Round Table Mentorship for the Next Generation of Physiatrists

This session is designed to support PM&R residents as they navigate the fellowship application process and prepare for early career transitions. Through informal small-group round table discussions, participants will engage directly with mentors who have firsthand experience and insight into each stage of the process. Each table will focus on a specific fellowship and will include mentors consisting of current or recent fellows and members of fellowship program leadership (program directors and/or program coordinators). There will also be a table focusing on the fellowship to early career transition with faculty available to advise. The goal of this session is to provide residents and fellows with a supportive, candid environment to ask questions, learn from others' experiences, and build connections.
