Dr. Sandeep Subramanian, PT, PhD is an Associate professor with tenure Department of Physical Therapy, School of Health Professions, UT SanAntonio Health Science Center. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, from Mumbai, India and his MSc and PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. He then completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Neurosciences in 2016, at the University of Montreal. His research interests include the use of virtual reality and robotics for upper limb rehabilitation after stroke, motor control, motor learning, non-invasive brain stimulation, and outcome measurement. He is an Associate Editor for one journal, serves as the member of the Editorial Board for three journals and regularly reviews manuscripts in the fields of rehabilitation and neuroscience. He has over 30 peer-reviewed published manuscripts and IEEE conference Proceedings, four text book chapters and over 80 peer-reviewed abstracts.
