Dr. Jennifer Baima is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Electrodiagnostic medicine. She did her internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Maryland and her residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. After residency, she worked at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in outpatient musculoskeletal medicine and taught at Harvard Medical School for seven years before coming to the University of Massachusetts in 2013 to start a cancer rehabilitation program. As full time academic clinical faculty, Dr Baima taught and lectured on diverse topics in musculoskeletal medicine and performed three clinical trials in cancer rehabilitation in her 9 years at UMass. Currently, she practices outpatient musculoskeletal medicine and does electrodiagnostic testing for the University of Maryland Shore Medical System on the Eastern Shore of Maryland at The Orthoepdic Center. Her passion is prehabilitation.
