Dr. Sheryl Katta-Charles is a double board-certified physiatrist in PM&R and Brain Injury Medicine and serves as Medical Director of the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana, where she leads initiatives to improve inpatient safety, standardize care for complex patients, and guide interdisciplinary teams. As an Assistant Program Director, she supervises residents and teaches systems-based practice, and leads quality improvement curriculum. A committed leader in physician development, she serves on institutional and national committees. She is a frequent national presenter, published author, board examiner, and advocate for high-quality, patient-centered brain injury rehabilitation.
