Donna Huang, MD is the Deputy Care Line Executive and inpatient medical director of spinal cord injury at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center. She also serves as the assistant program director of the Baylor College of Medicine PM&R residency program. She has led numerous initiatives aimed at improving care delivery, optimizing team performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Dr. Huang is passionate about developing physician leadership at all levels and brings a strategic mindset to navigating complex healthcare environments.
