Dr. Prahlow has served as Program Director for the Indiana University PM&R Residency Program for 17 years. A lifelong Hoosier, he graduated from Valparaiso University in 1995, the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1999, and the IU PM&R Residency program in 2003. He practices non-surgical care of the spine and EMG. He enjoys camping, hiking, board games, travel, and cooking.
