Dr. Joanne Gonzalez-Feliciano earned her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus in 2001. She completed Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) residency at the VA hospital in San Juan. In 2019, Dr. Gonzalez joined the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department at the VA Caribbean Healthcare system in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she has served veterans in the inpatient and outpatient settings. She has provided service in the stroke p[rogram, musculoskeletal and electrodiagnostic clinics and the amputation program. She joined the Amputation System of Care as the PANS Medical Director for the VA Caribbean Healthcare system in February 2025. Dr. Gonzalez enjoys mentoring PM&R residents and medical students.
