Dr. Thakur is a faculty Biostatistician in the Department of Family and Community Medicine, Department of Emergency Medicine, Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and the Peter O’Donnell Jr. School of Public Health at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Thakur's research interests are centered around epidemiological and statistical practices with a multi-disciplinary approach, including areas related to Health Disparities, Social Determinants of Health, Adverse Childhood Experiences, Neuro-Psychiatric Epidemiology, Sleep Health, Cardiovascular Disease and Risk Factors, Brain Injury Health Assessment and Rehabilitation, Health Informatics, and Implementation Sciences at UT Southwestern.
