Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, I’m a former collegiate and national tennis athlete turned physiatrist‑in‑training and soon‑to‑be pediatric rehab fellow. When visiting home, I spend my free time hiking the island’s central range, paddleboarding along the west coast, and hanging out with my Puerto Rican rescue (sato) dog, Yogi.
