Danielle Erdman is a Vanderbilt University graduate (2010) with a degree in speech-language pathology. She practiced in early intervention, public schools, short-term rehabilitation, and outpatient settings before finding her passion in inpatient rehabilitation, specifically working with adults following traumatic brain injury. Danielle transitioned into healthcare leadership in 2017, where she focuses on operations, compliance and accreditation readiness, and interdisciplinary care delivery. She enjoys mentoring, process and quality improvement, and data-driven decision making, and in 2024 joined CARF as a program surveyor to extend her commitment to collaboration and quality improvement beyond her organization.
