Elizabeth Chan, MD, is a board certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Pediatric Rehabilitation. She completed her PM&R residency at New York University Rusk Rehabilitation in 2020 and her pediatric rehabilitation fellowship at Northwestern McGaw Medical Center/Shirley Ryan Ability Lab in 2022. Her clinical interests include pediatric and adolescent physiatry and rehabilitation management including spasticity, gait disorders, cerebral palsy, early detection, musculoskeletal disorders in children, youth para/adaptive athletes, global health, and medical education. She has a passion for community re-integration and how it can be incorporated into daily patient care.
