Dr. Jessica Mulhern is a board-certified physiatrist with fellowship training in interventional spasticity management. She completed her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She went on to complete her subspecialty fellowship training in interventional spasticity at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Throughout her training. she developed mastery in diagnostic selective motor nerve blocks, chemoneurolysis with phenol, and chemodenervation with all commercially available botulinum toxins for the treatment of spasticity, dystonia, and other indications. Upon completion of her residency training and subspecialty fellowship training, she joined Dr. Mitchell Paulin at the center for Tone Management (Rehabilitation Associates of the Main Line).
