Brief Session Description : Leadership in PM&R has followed traditional hierarchical models that may not fully reflect the strengths and styles of women leaders. This session redefines what leadership could look like for women in the field—focusing on authenticity, resilience, well-being, and innovation. Through an engaging panel discussion and interactive breakout groups, participants will explore diverse leadership approaches, challenge traditional expectations, and develop practical strategies to lead with confidence and impact.
